Each service employs a minimum of 1 teacher with Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. Over fifty percent of Educators at each service hold or are currently studying a Diploma in Children’s Services. All Educators hold or are currently studying Certificate III in Children’s Services. Our Service consists of a team of enthusiastic, experienced and qualified people.

It is essential for all our Educators to hold the following:

• First aid certificate (and CPR refresher every 12 months)

• Child protection training

• Working with children check number, all educators are verified online prior to commencing working with the children.

In addition, it is essential for all our certified supervisors and management team to hold the following:

• Asthma certificate

• Anaphylaxis certificate (and refresher every 2 years)

We encourage all our Educators to hold the additional certificates, regardless of their qualifications or position held.
